Job purpose

Participate in daily restaurant management and operations using an active, hands-on approach while working toward established objectives.

Team development

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Support team members' performance and development and drive engagement.

Restaurant and business operations

  • Contribute to shared responsibilities and follow efficient daily systems.
  • Prepare for and monitor food production, product quality, and guest experience.
  • Control inventory accuracy and labour costs.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and help ensure product availability and profitability.
