Assistant General Manager

Role purpose

Team leadership

• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Support team performance and development, drive enthusiasm, and encourage engagement.

Customer and restaurant operations

• Support food, service, and atmosphere practices that foster a positive customer experience.
• Help with shared responsibilities, prepare for and monitor production, and follow organized and efficient systems.
• Take charge of product quality and guest experience.

Business performance

• Control inventory accuracy and labor costs.
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure product availability and business profitability.

Compensation

• Compensation is CAD $42,174–$55,775 annually, plus applicable bonuses, employee benefits, and gratuities.
