Job purpose

Participate in daily restaurant management and operations, using a hands-on approach to work toward established objectives.

Team and guest experience

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members; support their performance, development, and engagement.
  • Share responsibilities, prepare and monitor food production, follow efficient daily systems, and take charge of product quality and guest experience.

Business operations

  • Control inventory accuracy and labor costs, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure product availability and profitability.
