Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.

Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.

Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines.

Assist in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
