Key Responsibilities
- Managing the quality and fit for a capsule area with the support of a senior.
- Running fit meetings for your area, driving consistency and fit improvements.
- Driving innovation in product, performance, and sustainability through benchmarking and technical projects.
- Integral part of the buying team, working with the Garment Technologist to deliver technical suitability of fabric, construction, and fit.
- Managing your categories testing and AQL programme.
- Monitoring returns data to identify poor performance and deliver improvements.
- Building supplier relationships to influence quality and fit.
We would like to meet someone who is
At least 1 years in an assistant technologist role.
Capable of fitting unaided.
Experienced at testing review.
Good data management reporting skills.
Experience of working with offshore suppliers.
Good influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Team player capable of working under pressure to deadlines.
Organised, methodical with great attention to detail.
