Responsibilities
- Support smooth food and beverage department operations and high service standards.
- Help maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest enquiries.
- Complete assigned duties professionally and on time; support departmental plans and hotel targets.
- Help control costs and inventory and meet productivity and performance expectations.
- Build effective working relationships and promote company culture and values.
- Comply with applicable legislation and due-diligence practices, documenting work and audit follow-up.
Qualifications
- Food and beverage service experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on, can-do work style and commitment to exceptional guest service are sought.
- Creative problem-solving, ownership, integrity, and ability to work to high standards are expected.
- Experience with IT systems on various platforms and strong communication skills are sought.
