Pigeon Engineering Projects is seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to support facilities management operations and building services and maintenance activities.
The work is in Doha, Qatar, for a one-month contract that may be extended.
Responsibilities
- Support facilities management and building operations.
- Help ensure the smooth functioning of building services and maintenance activities.
- Support daily operations and timely completion of maintenance work.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors and support team supervision.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management and building operations.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Experience in client coordination, contractor management, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of HSE procedures and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
Project duration and availability
- The contract duration is one month and may be extended.
- Immediate joiners and candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.
- Candidates must be available for the short-term project.
