Assistant Executive - Engineering

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Assistant Executive – Engineering to support Hard Services operations within a Facilities Management environment. The role involves assisting in the management of MEP systems, maintenance activities, and site engineering operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with FM standards. The responsibilities will include:

1. Assist in the day‑to‑day management of Hard Services operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems

2. Support implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

3. Monitor engineering systems performance and report issues or improvement opportunities

4. Supervise technicians and service providers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

5. Conduct routine site inspections and assist with audits and compliance checks

6. Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations, and company policies

7. Maintain records related to maintenance activities, breakdowns, and asset performance

8. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for engineering-related works

9. Assist in preparing reports, method statements, and maintenance documentation

10. Support senior engineering staff in client coordination and issue resolution
