Role
The Assistant supports daily office operations and project teams.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, maintain records, and prepare basic reports and presentations.
- Support project teams with document organization, data entry, and internal and external communications.
- Arrange travel and logistics and support procurement documentation.
- Help maintain smooth administrative processes and organized workflows with engineers and project managers.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, file management, and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Effective written and verbal English communication, including drafting emails, memos, and basic reports.
- Attention to detail, reliability with data and documentation, and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative or assistant experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or a related technical field, is advantageous.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related discipline is preferred.
