Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business or healthcare management required. Master’s preferred.
- Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years of previous job-related experience. Prefer a minimum of ten (10) years of experience.
- Typically requires a minimum of five (5) years previous lean management/six sigma experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project Management software skills required.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, compile complex reports and develop presentations.
- Ability to communicate verbally.
- Ability to deal in stressful situations and deal calmly and courteously with people.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead work teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
