  • As the Assistant Director of Sales, you will support the Sales Team with a results-driven mindset, a passion for building client relationships, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.
  • Your role is essential in supporting sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
  • Support the Director of Sales in implementing the hotel s sales strategies and business plans.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue goals and business growth by identifying sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, contracts, and sales-related bookings in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the hotel in meetings, client visits, and business events when required.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize all sales opportunities.
