Your role

- Support the Director of Sales in implementing the hotel s sales strategies and business plans.
- Contribute to achieving revenue goals and business growth by identifying sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining and developing existing accounts.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries, contracts, and sales-related bookings in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the hotel in meetings, client visits, and business events when required.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize all sales opportunities.
