Position summary

Report to the Senior Director, Strategic Intelligence, and present recommendations and results to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Shape strategy and operating model, including governance, decision rights, funding, and value measurement.
- Prioritize projects and products by value, strategic fit, and readiness; recommend build, buy, or partner decisions.
- Manage the roadmap from discovery and pilot through scale and retirement, and resolve product trade-offs.
- Agree target outcomes before launch and use evidence to decide whether to scale, redesign, or stop products.
- Bring together data, AI, automation, IT, business teams, and external partners; set sourcing and vendor strategy.
Essential requirements
- Strong track record in data and AI strategy, product strategy, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation in a complex organization.
- Experience managing a strategic portfolio, making investment decisions, and influencing senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of modern data, analytics, AI, and responsible AI to set direction and challenge recommendations.
- Executive presentation skills and ability to lead change through ambiguity with a collaborative leadership style.
- Degree in business, product management, analytics, information systems, technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services or another matrixed environment.
- Master's degree.
- Knowledge of master data management, ontologies, or data governance.
- Experience managing consulting, technology, or data providers.
