We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Development Manager to support our rapid regional expansion.

Role Overview

Acting as the operational right hand to the Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business development initiatives, coordinating new project rollouts, and executing brand development strategies.

This role requires a meticulous professional who excels at cross-functional communication, keeping internal teams and external partners strictly aligned with project timelines and executive goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Tracking: Assist in the end-to-end planning, coordination, and tracking of development projects across internal venues and external consulting clients.

Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments to support Forka’s investment decisions and brand positioning.

Cross-Functional Management: Serve as the central point of contact to follow up with internal departments (Operations, Culinary, Marketing) to ensure tasks, deliverables, and deadlines are executed on schedule.

Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with external partners, including suppliers, creative agencies, consultants, and landlords.

Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level reports, strategic presentations, meeting minutes, and actionable progress updates for senior leadership.

Brand & Operational Growth: Support marketing rollouts, brand development initiatives, and operational improvement projects across the entire holding group.

Documentation: Maintain impeccable, highly organized project files, contracts, and administrative records.

Education

: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience

: 1–3 years of proven experience in business development, project coordination, corporate administration, or marketing.

I

ndustry Knowledge:

Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or commercial real estate sector is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel (data tracking) and PowerPoint (presentation design).

Core Competencies

: Exceptional communication, rigorous organizational skills, and a relentless follow-up capability.

You must be comfortable managing multiple overlapping projects in a fast-paced environment.
