- We are looking for our Executive & Sales Assistant (Riyadh)

- As we accelerate our 2026 strategic growth plan, we are looking for a force multiplier to join our foundational team as an Executive & Sales Assistant.
- The Mission
- This isn't just an administrative role; you will be the right-hand partner to the General Manager.
- Your goal?
- To streamline operations and handle all non-client-facing tasks, allowing the GM to focus on closing major contracts.

• What You’ll Do
- Sales Support: Prepare high-stakes proposals, manage the CRM, and conduct prospect research.
- Executive Support: Manage a complex calendar, organize international travel, and act as a professional gatekeeper.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure flawless office administration and process management.
- Your Profile
- Multilingual Mastery: Perfect fluency in Arabic, English, and French is mandatory.
Experience
Confirmed background in senior administrative or sales support roles within international environments.
Expert in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a major plus.
Mindset: You are proactive, autonomous, and possess an unwavering sense of discretion.
