Assistant Cost Consultant

Overview

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supports feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection, contributing to the preparation of procurement reports.
• Assists in applying value management techniques at early project stages to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Provides estimating and cost planning support throughout the development of detailed cost plans.
• Participates in full procurement lifecycle, including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and contract preparation.
• Assists in preparing contract documentation, valuations, variations, warranties, bonds, and licenses in line with contract terms.
• Supports cost control, financial reporting, and ongoing monitoring of project costs during contract execution.
• Contributes to financial analysis, including cost impacts of design changes, awards, construction activities, and client variations.
• Assists in project close-out activities, including certification of completion, final accounts agreement, defect resolution, and stakeholder coordination while promoting sustainability and net zero objectives.

You’ll Need To Have

• A degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent)
