Assistant Controller (CPA)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required. • Experience: 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, combining public accounting (Big 4 or large regional preferred) and public company environment experience. • Background in healthcare, physician practice management, or health-tech environments preferred. • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, SOX 404 compliance, internal controls design, and the man
• The salary range for this role is $150,000.00-$175,000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
