Job Description

• Support the achievement of marketing, communications, and public relations goals and objectives, and assist in tracking progress to report to the DOSM.
• Assist in developing and implementing short- and long-term plans and budgets for marketing, communications, and public relations activities, while monitoring progress and performance.
• Stay updated on trends in marketing, communications, public relations, and the hospitality industry, and support the team with insights and innovative ideas.
• Coordinate and assist in conducting market research activities, and help monitor market trends relevant to the hotel.
• Support in ensuring that the hotel’s philosophy, mission, and vision are consistently communicated and reflected across all channels.
• Assist in monitoring the use of PPC, SEO, and digital marketing activities, and help prepare performance reports for the DOSM.
• Support in the development and execution of the annual 360-degree digital marketing plan.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow and support ongoing projects and campaigns.
