Job Description The Assistant Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic partner in guiding and supporting the financial health and growth of our organization. This role plays a crucial part in providing insightful financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, and assisting in the overall financial planning process. You will work closely with various departments to deliver financial insights that drive decision-making and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a comprehensive background in finance, and a keen eye for detail. You will help in the preparation of monthly reports, budgets, and forecast reviews. In addition, you will contribute to both short and long-term financial strategies and be integral to the financial management team, assisting the Commercial Finance Manager across various business functions to ensure financial efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports for accuracy.
• Support the budgeting process, assisting with annual forecasts and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Provide detailed financial analyses to support strategic business decisions and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and review of financial models and forecasts.
• Assist in identifying financial risks and opportunities within the business operations.
• Prepare financial presentations and summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and variances to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Provide insightful financial data and recommendations to drive profit maximization.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies at all times.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication on financial matters to enhance overall performance.
• Help maintain financial records and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar financial role is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and using ERP systems effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in a corporate finance environment with knowledge of financial regulations.
