As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll not only continue making a difference with clients but also develop leadership skills, mentor a team, and shape high-quality clinical programs . Your Role in Action
- Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
- Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years ABA experience (desired)
- 1+ year supervisory experience , including staff training and performance evaluations
- Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
- Report writing and documentation skills

What You Need to Succeed!
Education: Currently enrolled in a Master’s Program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services
Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year leading and training staff
