As part of our continued growth, FinMark Capital Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Client Service Manager
to directly support a Relationship Manager within our Wealth Management Team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in wealth management or retail banking who are looking to strengthen their expertise in client servicing and relationship support.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering high-quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to the Director in managing client portfolios and day-to-day servicing
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC documentation, and credit application processes
- Ensure timely execution of investment instructions and handle client queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Finance) to support client requirements and reporting
Qualifications
- Experience in client servicing or customer-focused roles a must
- 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management or Retail Banking a must

- rong attention to detail with good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Graduate from a recognized university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation processes
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Understanding of onboarding and regulatory compliance is an advantage
