Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree field
- A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in product development design and release
- Demonstrated experience leading collaborative and global team
- Understanding of typical automotive manufacturing and quality processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in an engineering related field
- Design for Six Sigma certification
- Excellent work ethic, organization skills, and communication skill
- Experience with Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
- Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R)
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
