Support the hotel's Engineering Department in maintaining facilities, equipment, and systems to high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Engineer with daily engineering and maintenance operations.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Keep facilities in good working condition and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise engineering team members and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support energy conservation and cost-control measures.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Previous experience in hotel engineering or facilities maintenance.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and preventive maintenance procedures.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
