Overview
- Assist in managing the overall Makeup category portfolio across brands and channels.
- Analyze SKU performance and recommend assortment optimization, ranging, and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with brand principals for launches, forecasts, promotions, and commercial alignment.
- Support negotiations related to Purchase targets, promotions, visibility, listing opportunities, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations with a rolling forecast model
- Work closely with retail partners to ensure strong in-store visibility and execution standards.
- Generate insights on category KPIs including growth , conversion, and stock cover.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns, influencer activations, and consumer promotions.
- Support product launches with effective go-to-market execution.
