• **Title: Assistant Buyer**

• **Salary: $70-80k + Super**
• **Work Model: Hybrid (2/3 days per week WFH)**
• 🍇 Key Responsibilities:
• **Source Global Talent:**
• Identify high-quality, commercially viable international wines with massive customer potential in the Aussie market.
• **Build Global Alliances:**
• Manage and nurture strategic relationships with international wineries, brokers, and trade agents.
• **Own the Deal:**
• Confidently negotiate commercial terms, pricing, volumes, and highly lucrative exclusivity agreements with overseas producers.
• **Master the Category:**
• Build, track, and manage a data-driven category plan for the entire imported wine segment.
• **Spot the Gaps:**
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer trends to identify fresh gaps and premium product opportunities in the market.
