Agency Sales Manager (ASM) - Job Description Designation: Agency Sales Manager (ASM)

Agency Sales Location: As per business requirement Reporting To: Branch Manager / Area Sales Manager Job Purpose To recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors/Agents and drive business growth through the Agency Channel by achieving sales targets and ensuring quality business acquisition.

Recruit and onboard quality Insurance Advisors as per company guidelines. Train and motivate advisors to generate consistent business. Drive sales through advisors and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with advisors for customer acquisition. Monitor advisor productivity and provide coaching for performance improvement. Build strong relationships with advisors and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements. Generate leads through local market activities, references, and networking. Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS updates. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 2-5 years of experience in Insurance, BFSI, Agency Sales, Direct Sales, or Channel Sales. Strong sales and team management skills. Good communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities. Local market knowledge preferred.
