Overview
- Urgent Hiring for **Assistant Branch Manager** position with minimum 3 years experience in sales at managerial level position is required for a leading trading company with following requirements:
- Should have managerial level experience in distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales of the branch.
- Should be able to train, coach, develop and motivate the branch personnel.
- Should possess strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi both.
- Should be able to assess local market and International market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to ensure that the sales targets are met.
- Supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and ensure that they meet their targets
- Liaise with other branches and work in line with company growth strategy·
- Prepare reports on branch performance w.r.t sales, collection etc. as and when required.

- **Salary**: Upto AED 8500 including performance linked incentives (PLI's)
