Overview

  • Urgent Hiring for **Assistant Branch Manager** position with minimum 3 years experience in sales at managerial level position is required for a leading trading company with following requirements:
  • Should have managerial level experience in distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales of the branch.
  • Should be able to train, coach, develop and motivate the branch personnel.
  • Should possess strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi both.
  • Should be able to assess local market and International market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to ensure that the sales targets are met.
  • Supervise and evaluate the branch staff to enhance individual productivity and ensure that they meet their targets
  • Liaise with other branches and work in line with company growth strategy·
  • Prepare reports on branch performance w.r.t sales, collection etc. as and when required.

  • **Salary**: Upto AED 8500 including performance linked incentives (PLI's)
