We are currently looking for a confident, passionate, and detail-oriented Assistant Banquet Manager to join our vibrant team and help bring extraordinary events to life.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Lead and inspire the banquet team during events and functions
- Ensure warm, personalized service that reflects our brand standards
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, and events teams for smooth execution
- Communicate confidently with Arabic-speaking guests and clients
- Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Support scheduling, training, and team development
About You
- Previous experience in banquet or events management within a luxury hotel or upscale venue
- Fluent Arabic speaker (essential)
- Female candidate preferred for this role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A calm, solution-focused approach in fast-paced environments
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable celebrations
