- Develop the curriculum and ensure the quality of instruction, assessment, and student progress.
- Mentor and evaluate students, coordinate research projects, and supervise internships and practical training.
- Foster collaboration with other departments, expand teaching methods, and participate in program reviews and accreditation work.
- Contribute to the preparation and improvement of educational materials, curricula, and learning outcomes alignment.
- Support the integration of technology, simulations, data analysis, and administration into the educational process.
- Promote teamwork and professional development among staff and students involved in the program.
- Lead and participate in committee work and academic activities to enhance program effectiveness.
- Apply ERP systems (e.g., SAP), simulation, data analysis, and international accreditation standards where appropriate.
