Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Ajman.

The Assistant will support daily operations, which may include helping with food preparation, organizing and restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, and assisting with basic packaging or service tasks as needed.

The role involves following established procedures to ensure food safety, hygiene, and product quality, as well as accurately handling simple documentation or checklists.

The Assistant will coordinate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks, respond to operational needs, and ensure smooth workflow throughout the day.

This position requires being on one’s feet for extended periods, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and supporting a positive, cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and carry out routine tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and basic understanding of food safety standards (training can be provided).
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Ajman, including peak hours and busy periods.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a diverse team.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift light to moderate weights, and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a food, hospitality, or retail setting is an advantage but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, follow checklists, and complete simple records.
