- Support day-to-day financial operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors to keep financial processes running smoothly.
Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Ensure accurate books of accounts in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Review ledger accounts, and reconciliations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Process Improvement & Controls
- Support implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure adherence to internal control systems
