Role overview

Accounting responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable; manage cash flow, general ledger, and inventory modules.
• Assist with audits and prepare monthly trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheet.
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and prepare cash-position and budget reports.
• Create and manage vendor accounts in SAP; process debit and credit memos and maintain vendor invoices.
• Verify entries and compare reports; reconcile vendor accounts against monthly statements and transactions.
• Resolve process-related queries by email.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, credit-card reconciliations, and refund cheques.
• Support other accounting tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Two to three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP B1 and ERP is required; ICG System experience is a plus.
• Strong general accounting knowledge and good command of Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, ability to work independently and under pressure, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• B.Com graduate; speaking and understanding Hindi is required.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
