Overview
- **Accounts Payable (AP) & Receivable (AR):** Process and issue invoices, verify receipts, and track incoming and outgoing payments.
- **Reconciliation:** Match bank statements, credit card transactions, and ledger balances to identify discrepancies.
- **Data Entry:** Accurately record financial transactions and maintain organized, up-to-date filing systems.
- **Expense Management:** Review, code, and calculate employee expense reports and petty cash.
- **Reporting & Auditing Support:** Assist in drafting financial statements, preparing budgets, and pulling data for month-end or year-end closing.
- **Communication:** Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and payment queries.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
