About the Role
We are looking for an efficient, tech-savvy Assistant Accountant to join our team in Al Ras.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role ideal for a motivated individual who understands core accounting principles and is eager to learn.
You will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, managing data, and ensuring that all accounting tasks are completed accurately and strictly on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and data entry tasks.
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers using **Tally**.
- Prepare, manage, and analyze financial data, reports, and reconciliations using **Microsoft Excel**.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments promptly.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files.
- Proactively learn and adopt new digital tools to help streamline office operations.
- Ensure all assigned tasks, reports, and daily objectives are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
& Qualifications
- A strong foundational understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Hands-on proficiency with **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel**.
- **Tech-savvy:** Comfortable navigating computers, digital workflows, and picking up new software quickly.
- **Highly Efficient:** A disciplined worker who thrives on getting things done correctly and on time.
- **Eager to Learn:** Open to feedback, training, and expanding your skill set.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the office in Al Ras (this is strictly a non-remote position).
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
