Assistant accountant
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities; record invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other transactions.
- Maintain supplier and customer records; prepare payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and petty cash records.
- Verify supplier invoices, supporting documents, and payment details; maintain accounting files and financial records.
- Assist with bank and petty cash reconciliations, routine accounting entries, and monthly reports or financial statements.
- Follow up on pending invoices and payments, coordinate with suppliers and departments, and keep financial and employee information confidential.
Document controller
- Control and file company documents, records, and correspondence; receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing documents.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and ensure documents are named, indexed, updated, and easy to retrieve.
Receptionist and front office
- Manage reception and welcome visitors, clients, suppliers, and other guests; answer and transfer telephone calls.
- Receive and distribute correspondence, courier items, and documents; maintain visitor records and coordinate access when needed.
- Handle general enquiries, direct them to the appropriate department, and maintain an organized reception area.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- One year of experience is preferred.
- English is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,300–3,000 per month.
