Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant Assistant to support our finance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using Tally, assisting in daily accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Must speak Arabic and English
- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
- Support month-end and year-end financial closings
- Prepare financial reports as required by management
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in Dubai
- Proficient in Tally ERP accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
