Position overview
Abu Dhabi Printing Services LLC seeks a responsible, organized, detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support daily accounting and finance operations.
Work location is Mussafah M34, Abu Dhabi, UAE; the job is full-time and in person.
Salary
- Salary is AED 1,800–2,000 per month.
Accounting duties
- Record daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records; enter and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Prepare sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries; maintain customer and supplier ledgers and statements.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and handle petty cash with supporting documents.
- Assist with bank and ledger reconciliations and maintain organized invoice, receipt, voucher, and accounting files.
- Assist with VAT records and documentation, monthly and year-end accounting, and other assigned accounting or administrative duties.
Experience and skills
- Requires at least 2 years of accounting experience in India or the UAE and at least 2 years of hands-on Tally experience.
- Requires knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, accounts payable and receivable, and sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Requires accuracy, attention to detail, communication, organization, and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
