Assets Manager

JOB Required

• 5 years' relevant experience in fixed asset management, asset accounting, inventory control or finance operations, preferably in a higher education, large institutional or multi-site environment.
• Experience in establishing or strengthening asset management processes, controls and systems in a growing or evolving organization.
• In-depth knowledge of fixed asset lifecycle management including acquisition, capitalization, tagging, transfer, verification, depreciation and disposal.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, documentation standards, reconciliation practices, and audit readiness for asset-intensive operations.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and asset management modules, with the ability to improve data quality, reporting, and process discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
