SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, finance, business management, compensation, consulting, COO functions, analytics, or other related fields
  • Experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services, or other commercially driven businesses preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting senior leadership and influencing decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, business performance metrics, incentive structures, and organizational planning
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Qlik, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to senior audiences
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of seniority
