Asset Specialist

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset and inventory records in the relevant systems.
• Monitor asset movements, transfers, and assignments.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and asset verification.
• Reconcile physical assets with system records and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper asset control and accountability.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support asset lifecycle management, including registration, tracking, and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management procedures.

Requirements

• Responsible for managing and monitoring company assets and inventory to ensure accurate records, efficient utilization, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
