Position Summary
Seeking an Asset Predictive Analytics Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and commissioning of predictive analytics and Asset Performance Management (APM) solutions for industrial facilities.
The role focuses on monitoring asset health, developing predictive models, analyzing operational data, and supporting implementation of solutions such as AVEVA Predictive Analytics and related reliability platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation and commissioning of predictive analytics and APM solutions.
- Configure asset models, analytics, alerts, and performance monitoring dashboards.
- Analyze operational, maintenance, and historian data to identify equipment anomalies and performance issues.
- Support development of predictive maintenance and reliability initiatives.
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, and process engineering teams.
- Participate in asset criticality assessments and performance improvement studies.
- Support integration with historians, CMMS, ERP, and other plant systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and client presentations.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site acceptance activities.
- Coordinate with technology vendors and project stakeholders during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Reliability, or related Engineering discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in Asset Performance Management, Reliability Engineering, Predictive Analytics, or Industrial Digitalization.
- Experience with AVEVA Predictive Analytics (APA), APM, PI System, Historians, or similar industrial analytics platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of rotating equipment, process equipment, maintenance, and reliability concepts.
- Knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, condition monitoring, and predictive maintenance methodologies.
Skills
- AVEVA Predictive Analytics (APA) or similar solutions.
- Power BI, SQL, and basic Python knowledge.
- Industrial Historians and Operational Data Analysis.
- Reliability and Maintenance Engineering fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements
- Primary location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
- Travel to client sites within KSA and GCC region will be required.
- Extended site presence may be required during commissioning, SAT, startup, and hypercare phases.
