Responsibilities
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor asset performance, utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle costs.
- Maintain asset registers, records, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze asset data to identify efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, and maintenance teams.
- Assess asset risks and recommend mitigation measures.
- Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and management updates.
- Support budgeting, capital planning, and asset replacement decisions.
- Ensure procedures comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in asset management, operations, investment management, or a related area.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of asset tracking systems, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to evaluate asset performance, costs, and operational risks.
- A degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
