Asset Strategy and Portfolio Management
- Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee asset performance, utilization, maintenance, lifecycle planning, valuations, budgets, forecasts, and investment planning.
- Lead asset acquisition, allocation, renewal, disposal, and replacement planning.
Performance and Risk Management
- Identify opportunities to improve asset efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maximize returns.
- Monitor asset risks, compliance requirements, insurance coverage, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain accurate asset registers, performance reports, and management dashboards.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, facilities, and external service providers.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in asset management, finance, business administration, real estate, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, facilities, or investment-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of asset valuation, lifecycle planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, asset management software, and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, risk, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
