Asset Management Expert

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience within the power transmission sector, including proven experience with high-voltage overhead transmission lines.
• Experience in asset management, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, transmission line engineering, or integrity management.
• Experience working with utilities, transmission system operators, or engineering consulting organisations is highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset.

• Asset condition assessment methodologies.
• Reliability and risk-based asset management.
• Failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Asset Health Index development and application.
• Condition monitoring technologies and inspection techniques.
• Maintenance optimisation and Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
• Asset lifecycle cost analysis.
• Asset management systems (EAM, APM, CMMS).
• Asset management frameworks and ISO 55000 principles.
• Sift Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical findings into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
