Supports the Investment Team in maximizing the performance and value of the organization's investment portfolio.

Portfolio performance analysis
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of investment assets.
- Track KPIs, returns, occupancy, revenue growth, cash flows, and asset valuation metrics.
- Identify trends, performance gaps, and value enhancement opportunities.
Financial modeling and valuation
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for investment assets.
- Perform DCF, NPV, IRR, sensitivity, and scenario analyses.
- Support asset valuations and periodic portfolio revaluations.
Reporting and value enhancement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management reports for management and investors.
- Produce dashboards, portfolio summaries, and investment insights; support investment committee and board reporting.
- Analyze and support asset enhancement, leasing, operational improvement, and capital expenditure initiatives; assess their financial impact.
Monitoring, planning, and research
- Monitor investment risks, market conditions, and macroeconomic trends; conduct variance analysis and support risk mitigation.
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans; review financial performance against approved budgets.
- Research markets, sectors, competitors, industry trends, investment opportunities, and economic indicators; prepare investment memorandums and analytical reports.
Stakeholder coordination
- Liaise with finance, operations, leasing, property management, and external advisors.
- Coordinate with fund managers, consultants, valuers, auditors, and investors; support due diligence and portfolio information requests.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in asset management, investment analysis, corporate finance, private equity, real estate investment, or portfolio management.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CPA, or MRICS are preferred.
- Experience in financial modeling and investment valuation is highly desirable.
