Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Asset Integrity Manager, based in Dubai with some flexible work-from-home arrangements.
The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective asset management systems.
Responsibilities
include coordinating inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, analyzing equipment performance, and identifying risks or areas for improvement.
Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for maintaining optimal functionality and efficiency of assets.
Qualifications
- Experience in asset management, including developing, implementing, and managing asset integrity systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and identify performance improvements
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of AI-driven systems for decision-making and workflow optimization is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in asset management tools and software
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote collaboration
