This is a part-time hybrid role for an Asset Integrity Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for occasional remote work.
The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the maintenance, performance, and safety of physical assets.
Key responsibilities
include developing and implementing asset integrity management programs, conducting regular assessments and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and addressing maintenance issues.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability and sustainability while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Asset Integrity Management, Maintenance Planning, and Risk Assessment
- Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Safety Standards, and Preventive Maintenance programs
- Strong Project Management skills with experience in resource allocation and budget management
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Strong Communication and Leadership skills for collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field; professional certifications (such as API, NACE, or equivalent) are a plus
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools
