Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Asset Integrity Manager at the Casting and Mechanical Plant.
The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the maintenance strategies for critical industrial assets, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
include evaluating asset performance, developing and implementing integrity management systems, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating inspection programs.
The role will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams to address maintenance and operational challenges effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Asset Integrity Management, risk assessment, and maintenance strategy development.
- Proficiency in material science, structural analysis, and knowledge of casting, forging, and CNC machining processes.
- Familiarity with metallurgy, steel processing, and mining equipment operations.
- Experience with compliance standards for industrial safety and equipment performance.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or a related field (higher education is an advantage).
- Working knowledge of maintenance software and analytics tools for performance monitoring.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and part-time capacity.
