We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Asset Integrity Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee the integrity, reliability, and performance of critical assets to ensure safe and efficient operations.
You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, operations, and compliance teams to develop asset management strategies, minimize operational risks, and maximize asset lifecycle value.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement asset integrity and reliability management programs.
Monitor asset condition, performance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Lead inspection, maintenance, risk assessment, and integrity assurance activities.
Identify potential asset risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent failures.
Review asset performance data and recommend improvements to optimize reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate integrity audits, assessments, and technical investigations.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support asset lifecycle planning.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of asset integrity management, reliability engineering, and risk management principles.
Experience
with maintenance planning, inspection programs, and asset lifecycle management.
Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Previous experience in asset integrity, engineering, maintenance, energy, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
