Role Overview
The Asset & Data Steward supports Taco Bell’s U.S.
Development team by ensuring asset data and documentation are accurate, complete, accessible, and maintained throughout the restaurant lifecycle.
This role establishes data and document standards, strengthens Development processes, and partners with business and system owners to resolve information gaps across new builds, replacements, remodels, and other asset actions.
The Asset Steward also supports designated Development tools and helps create a reliable information foundation for reporting, asset strategy, portfolio planning, and future growth.
