The full-time, on-site Asset Controller role is based at New Age Clinic in Abu Dhabi.
The role oversees clinic assets, including medical equipment, machinery, and related inventory, supporting accurate records and optimal utilization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain asset registers and track asset movements; coordinate regular maintenance and calibration schedules.
- Support procurement by verifying asset requirements and specifications.
- Coordinate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to ensure assets are documented, compliant with relevant regulations, and available for patient services.
- Monitor asset performance, report discrepancies, and contribute to asset-management and cost-control process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong asset-management skills covering asset registers, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle monitoring.
- Experience coordinating preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair for medical or technical equipment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, asset-management software, and basic data analysis for reports and forecasts.
- Knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, and cost-control practices in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Attention to detail, organization, adherence to structured procedures and documentation standards, and effective communication and collaboration.
- Previous asset control, inventory management, facilities coordination, or similar experience; healthcare experience is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
